Will there be a demo for consoles?
In the past, we included a demo of our previous game, Mayhem Brawler, in the Xbox Summer Demo Fest. However, we currently do not have any plans to release a console demo. If our Kickstarter campaign exceeds expectations, we may reconsider and put this back on the table.

What happens if the funding goal is not reached?
If the funding goal is not met, backers will not be charged, and we will continue to explore alternative ways to fund the game’s development. Rest assured, Mayhem Brawler II: Best of Both Worlds is extremely important to us!
As an established studio, we will complete and release the game one way or another. However, in this case, the release date may be delayed, and we might have to prioritize other projects in the meantime.

How much will backer feedback be considered?
We have a solid reputation for listening to our community, established during the development of Mayhem Brawler. All three major post-launch updates for the game were based on community feedback and requests.
In fact, the community suggested promoting She Wolf from a level 2 boss to one of the new game’s main heroes!

Who will publish the physical editions of the game?
We’ve partnered with Numskull Games to handle this. Numskull Games will publish both the Standard and Collector’s Edition versions and deliver them to backers. After the game’s release, retail sales will also be managed by Numskull Games.
You may know Numskull Games from their work on titles like Blazing Strike and Final Vendetta.

Who is producing the Octopus Arcade Stick?
The premium Octopus Arcade Stick will be produced by TR Fight Stick and delivered to Kickstarter backers. TR Fight Stick successfully funded the Octopus Arcade Stick through an Indiegogo campaign last year and has recently started shipping the first batch to backers.
For our Kickstarter campaign, the second batch will include Mayhem Brawler II: Best of Both Worlds-themed sticks as an exclusive offer.

What are the rules for the Social Media Persona Pledge?
If you choose this pledge, the following steps will be required:
1- You will need to sign a contract regarding the processing of personal data. 2- We will ask you to provide your Social Media Persona’s name, @username, and avatar. 3- We will review the provided data to ensure it does not contain inappropriate content. If everything is correct, your Persona will be added to the game. 4- Once the cinematic content is ready, you will be asked to choose dialogue lines for your Persona. At this stage, we may apply a “first come, first served” policy. 5- You will also have the opportunity to rewrite the dialogue (without altering the context) to better suit your style.

You will also select a name for your NPC at this stage. 3- Once the NPC’s dialogue lines are complete, we will share them with you. You’ll have the option to suggest rewrites (without altering the context). 4- After receiving your final approval, your NPC will be added to the game.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
